Boxing and kickboxing classes are exhilarating fitness services that combine cardio, strength training, and self-defense techniques. These high-energy sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, providing a full-body workout while boosting endurance and coordination. In boxing, members learn proper punches, footwork, and defensive maneuvers using focus mitts we also include it in ourpersonal training classes.
